Motorcycle Decals UK — Made in Norfolk for Classic Kawasaki

UK-made reproduction decals for classic Kawasaki motorcycles, shipped from our Norfolk workshop. No import duties, no customs delays. Polymeric vinyl, checked against original factory reference for the specific model and year.

UK-made, for UK restorers

Buying decals from outside the UK usually means import duties, currency exchange, and slower shipping — sometimes weeks of it, with customs paperwork on top. We're in Norfolk, and we ship UK orders typically 2–3 working days, with no customs to worry about.

Approved Kawasaki supplier. Made in Norfolk.

Why buying classic Kawasaki decals UK-side matters

Most reproduction decal makers for the classic Kawasaki market are based outside the UK. That's fine if you're prepared to wait three to four weeks and handle the import side. For a lot of UK restorers the wait and the customs are the deal-breaker, not the price.

Buying domestic doesn't change the spec — we work to the same factory reference any specialist would — but it changes the way the order plays out. Two to three working days. No customs paperwork. The tracking link in your inbox the day the parcel goes out. The decals turn up while you're still in the middle of the build, not after the rest of the kit has been mothballed for a month.

If you're working on a long restoration and the decals are the last thing on the list, the time you save matters more than a few quid difference on the per-set price. That's the case for buying classic kawasaki decals UK-side.

What we make

The range covers Kawasaki's classic two-stroke road bikes, the trail and enduro line, and the early singles. 1970s through to the 1990s.

  • Triples (road) — H1 500, H2 750, S1 250, S2 350, S3 400, KH 250 / 400 / 500
  • Trail and enduro — KE, KT, KX, KD, KDX, KMX
  • F series — earlier two-stroke singles and trail bikes
  • KS — street and commuter singles

Fifty-four sets, model-year specific, £55–68 per set.

How they're made

Gloss self-adhesive polymeric vinyl with a white permanent adhesive (low initial tack). Printed on large-format Roland TRUEVIS print-and-cut machines, running solvent inks — waterproof, with proven longevity.

Once on the tank, clear-coat with a 2K product to protect against petrol spills, sun, and the general handling any well-used bike picks up. Every order includes a free printed sample so you can test your clear-coat before committing.

Shipping

  • UK — typically 2–3 working days, tracked.
  • Europe — varies by country, tracked. We send the tracking link as soon as the parcel is collected so you know where the decals are.

What to expect when ordering

UK orders typically dispatch the same or next working day from our Norfolk workshop, on a tracked service. We send the tracking link as soon as the parcel is collected, so you know where the decals are.

For Europe, transit times vary by country and carrier — usually a few days longer than UK. The parcel still travels tracked. We handle the customs paperwork our end. If your country adds local handling charges (some carriers do on import), those go on at delivery and are separate from what we charge.

About the Norfolk workshop

The workshop is in Norfolk, in the east of England. It's a small operation — Valerie and Andy, working through the catalogue model by model. Print machines, factory reference material, the artwork files for each set in the range, and the test panels for clear-coat compatibility checks. Not much else.

Most orders go out within a working day. The bottleneck isn't the print run — it's the checking that happens before the print run. New sets get pulled against original factory reference for that exact model and year. Existing sets in the catalogue are already proofed, so a re-order on a known-good set is fast.

If you're a UK restorer with a question about a specific model — what's actually in the kit, whether the year you've got matches the year we've reproduced, anything to do with the artwork — write in directly. The reply comes from one of the two of us, not a customer-service queue. That's part of why the operation stays small.

If something goes wrong with the order

Two things can go wrong with a decal order. The parcel turns up damaged in transit, or you apply the decal and it doesn't behave as it should. Both are sorted the same way: drop us a line, send a couple of photos if relevant, and we'll get a replacement out.

For damaged-in-transit, we cover the replacement cost — that's what tracked shipping and insurance are for. For application issues (a crease that won't pull out, a clear-coat reaction on the real decal despite the sample testing fine), we'll usually print a replacement single at cost so you can have another go without buying a full set again. The free printed sample is the main defence against this — always test the clear coat first.

For UK customers, returns are straightforward — Norfolk address, no customs paperwork. For Europe, we'll send a returns label or absorb the cost on damaged-in-transit; check with us before sending anything back so we know to expect it.

Don't see your model?

Send us the model and year. We'll quote a custom set, or let you know when this one's coming. Custom-quote enquiries get a direct reply from one of the two of us within a working day, never a customer-service queue.

For custom sets or anything not listed: send us a message.
